Ambrish Apndey: It is not like I was looking for a change in my life. I had started Vkender – a little company that built a relationship between job seekers and employers. I started Vkender in my apartment with my laptop and i was only one employee in my company and i start it when I was 30. It was tough decision to leave company and present job because i was settle in my job and life going good a good salary and position in good company. But i have took decision to leave company and doing work which i like and i jumped in.I struggled (a lot) but stuck with my dream.Months passes into year.

Vkender was unprofitable business with no paying customers and no investors.But It was among the best decisions I ever made.

Decision,Should I stay or should I go in 2011?

The decision to leave a company you founded  and move on to a new project is never an easy one or you can say I was toughest decision of my life. You leave behind years of work and often a stable, promising business for a unknown and full of fears world.For me, it was an opportunity which knocked my door.and I chose to take risk.

Passion, of course, also comes into play at that time. And now I am happy with Vkender and how it change me life.Now start it paying a bit and we have a team of 15 people.It is a little success but today i feel we have step towards Our Goal.

आजकल के लोग

‘ओ… रिक्शे वाले, कमला नगर चलोगे? ‘ शिवम  जोर से चिल्लाया।
‘हाँ-हाँ क्यों नहीं?’ रिक्शे वाला बोला।
‘कितने पैसे लोगे?’
‘बाबू जी दस रुपए।’
‘अरे दस रुपए बहुत ज्यादा हैं मैं पाँच रुपए दूँगा।’
रिक्शे वाला बोला, ‘साहब चलो आठ…’
‘अरे नहीं मैं पाँच रुपए ही दूँगा।’ रिक्शेवाला सोचने लगा, दोपहर हो रही है जेब में केवल बीस रुपए हैं, इनसे बच्चों के लिए एकसमय का भरपेट खाना भी पूरा नहीं होगा।
मजबूर होकर बोला ठीक है साब बैठो। रास्ते मेंरिक्शेवाला सोचता जा रहा था, आज का इंसान दूसरे इंसान को इंसान तो क्या जानवर भी नहीं समझता। ये भी नहीं सोचा यहाँ से कमला  नगर कितनी दूर है, पाँच रुपए कितने कम हैं। मैं भीक्या करूँ? मुझे भी रुपयों की जरूरत है इसलिएइसेपाँच रुपए में पहियों की गति के साथ उसका दिमाग भी गतिशील था।
कमला  नगर पहुँचने के बाद जैसे ही वह रिक्शे से नीचे उतरा। एक भिखारी उसके सामने आ गया। शिवम  ने अपने पर्स से दस रुपए उस भिखारी को दे दिए और पाँच रुपए रिक्शे वाले को।
रिक्शेवाला बोला, साहब मेरे से अच्छा तो यह भिखारी रहा जिसे आपनेदस रुपए दिए। मैं इतनी दूर से लेकर आया और मेरी मेहनत के सिर्फ पाँच रुपए?’
शिवम बोला, ‘भिखारी को देना पुण्य है। मैंने उसे अधिक रुपए देकर पुण्य कमाया है।’
‘और जो मेरी मेहनत की पूरी मजदूरी नहीं दी ऐसाकरके क्या तुम पाप के भागीदार नहीं?’ रिक्शेवाले ने कहा। उसकी बात सुनते ही शिवम को क्रोध आ गया। वह बोला -’तुम लोगों से मुँह लगाना ही फिजूल है।

आजकल  लोग अपने घरो में बैठ के बस बनते करते हैं ,जब बात कुछ करने की आती है तो कहते है मै  क्यू ?हम अपने सारे  कानून,हक  गरीबों और कमज़ोरो (रिक्शेवाले , सब्जीवाले ) पे दिखाते हैं,जब कोई कुछ कहता  है तो कहते है ये हमारा हक है  और अपने आप को सही साबित करने की कोशीस करते हैं .लेकिन  जब बात सच में कुछ करने की होती है . तो हम कहते हैं नहीं हम क्यों पड़े मुस्किल में .आजकल के लोग ...........(रिक्शेवाले , सब्जीवाले ) पे दिखाते हैं , हम उस से एक-एक  रुपये के लिए लड़ते हैं और बड़े होटलों  में टिप के नाम पे आराम से बिना कुछ कहे सौ रुपये दे देते हैं .
