Job is an activity through
which an individual can earn money. It does not require any special skill set,
or education.
Job is function oriented – a
mode that can help a person earn personal finances of any kind. A job may not
require long term commitment and can be relatively safer than a career.
On the other hand career is a lifelong pursuit of your dream.
Often careers commence with education and development of a particular skill set.
A career can only be built with the right mix of education and skills.
